(4)BOB SMITH is for the Immigration Law 287(g) that permits local police or law enforcement officers to take training by the ICE - U.S. Immigration, Customs & Enforcement / Department of Homeland Security. Law Enforcement Officers taking the training are permitted to ask a person upon an arrest, if the person is a U.S. citizen, or if they are an alien lawfully permitted to be in the U.S.
(5) BOB SMITH is also for passing a law to mandate that "English will be the official language of the U.S."
